I can't stop thinking about this one guy! I am also a guy!?

I'll get straight to the point. I am an 18 years old male, and so is this other person. I have been speaking to them online, and texting them for about 2 weeks or so, and then yesterday, we decided to meet up for a drink. Straight from the off things went brilliantly, and we got on really well. We were chatting with some drinks for about 4/5 hours, and things were really looking positive. Towards the end of the night, we were both completely smashed, and this other guy was finding it hard to stand. I decided to walk him to his front door as a sign of manners, and I also wanted to make sure he got home safe and soundly. When we got to outside his house, I gave him a hug and said ''take care''. I kissed him on the cheek, and then I looked into his eyes. He then looked into mine and kissed me on the lips. We must have stood outside of his house kissing for about 15 - 20 minutes, and then I told him to go inside and get some rest, and I went home.

I really like him, and I havent been able to stop thinking about him since then. Do you think he likes me, or do you think it was the drink that led him to kiss me? Should I tell him how I feel, or ask him out or just act like it never happened and wait to see what he says or does?

You have the perfect reason to give him a call. You both got along when you were together and you just wanted to check how he was feeling. Take advantage of it. It's still a little early to be pledging your love and devotion for each other but it sounds like a great start.
